Founder, Scott Allan has an extensive past in the real estate and finance industry.  After being forced out of professional baseball by an injury, Scott stayed in Southwest Florida where he had small land investments and began working as a realtor for Keller Williams Realty.  In 2003, Scott negotiated a contract and assisted in the land entitlements of a massive Gulf-front property that had completed a high end and exclusive section of waterfront development in Ft. Myers. 

In recognition of his accomplishment, Scott was hired by TLand Financial Services, one of the country’s largest privately held construction lenders as the national sales director of their in-house real estate brokerage.  It was here where Scott’s experience catapulted as his focus was emerging market reports, construction, and capital debt.  Using his experience, Scott has a unique eye for opportunity and utilizes this to establish wealth through real estate.

Today, Scott and his brother Mike run TPM Properties, a real estate wholesale and landholding entity.  Surrounded by several close agents and affiliates, My Realty Source has achieved a new level of service and exclusivity. 

Mike Allan is currently AVP of Yorktown Funding (YF), one of the country’s last construction lending institutions.  Using exclusive funds and retail lending  relationships, Mike has emerged as a popular lending professional offering exclusive loan products for purchase and refinance.  Currently, Mike and YF provide large institutions such as Wells Fargo construction funds to complete their loans which gives him his exclusive status.
